The Clark County Las Vegas Boulevard between Russell Road to Tropicana Avenue (Phase C&D) Project is a 2-year-long project involves the installation of a replacement waterline for the Las Vegas Valley Water District along Las Vegas Boulevard between Russell Road and Tropicana Avenue. The $60 million project includes roadway resurfacing, traffic signal modifications, street lighting and smart poles, power upgrades, and bollard installation for safety enhancements for pedestrians.
